The project is located at the east end of Skiathos Bay (north port). The marine works include: 1) Coastal quay wall of a total length of 290 m, 2) a wharf 5.00 m wide, total length 300 m, 3) two bridged finger piers, 5 m wide, which start from the coastal quay wall and are 53 m and 25 m long respectively, 4) small bridged finger pier inside the shelter 15 m long, 5) construction of a 3,000 m2 land reclamation area, of 100 m berthing length and 6) construction of boat ramp.

Drilling 13 off-shore exploratory boreholes, with the corresponding laboratory tests, preparation of a factual and interpretive report and foundation proposals. Preparation of foundation designs and performance of general stability analyses of the quay walls.
