The project is located at the Mantouki Bay of the Corfu Port west of the existing Igumenitsa –Corfu F/B berthing dock, approximately 50 m from the coastline quay. The building consists of an elevated ground level and first floor and its structure is of reinforced concrete. Its foundation consists of large diameter bored piles.
