The project is located in the off-shore area off the coastal zone east of Kiato and southeast of the existing commercial harbor. The off-shore works include: 1) Expansion of the main breakwater to the northwest, 2) coastal quay wall, 3) protection quay and 4) harbour basin excavation.

Drilling 4 exploratory boreholes of a total depth of 50 m and 2 CPT, with the corresponding laboratory tests, preparation of a factual and interpretive report and foundation proposals.
