The hotel is located 1 km NW of Benitses in the island of Corfu, at a distance 8 km S-SW from the city of Corfu. The hotel is amphitheatrically located on the east side of mountain Agioi Deka. The general area of the project is sloping to the east (to the sea). The terrain is generally steep. The project includes renovation of the existing hotel, upgrading of the existing infrastructure and the construction of 38 bungalows and a spa.

The executed works included:

• Drilling of 36 exploratory boreholes of a total depth of 472 m, execution of 10 CPTs and excavation of 36 trial pits, with the corresponding laboratory tests, preparation of a factual and interpretive report and foundation proposals.
• Piled foundation design of swimming pool and bungalows.
• Retaining wall design of access road embankments.
• Road pavement design.
• Design of stabilization measures of an existing landslide.
