The area of the project is located in Agios Panteleimonas of the municipality of Kranidi at Argolis prefecture at a distance of 3.7 km southwest of Kranidi and 5.3 km northwest from Porto Heli. The location of the project is on the top of a hill and is sloping to the north and west, with slopes ranging between 1:25 to 1:2.5 (ver:hor). The area elevation ranges between 165-185 m above sea water level. The project area is covered with olive trees.

The project includes the construction of a 5* hotel, spa and villas.

Drilling of 20 exploratory boreholes of a total depth of 220 m and 15 trial pits, with the corresponding laboratory tests, preparation of a factual and interpretive report and foundation proposals.
