The project is located in Faneromeni Bay, 4.5 km northwest of Sitia. The project area is located in the center of Faneromeni Bay, with a sea opening to the northeast. The terrain is generally steep, with slopes ranging between 1:1 to 1:5 (ver:hor). The area elevation ranges between 10-80 m above SWL. The coastline is generally rocky and steep.

The project will include an A’A’ hotel, conference hall, villas and a 100 person capacity spa, as well as a marina.

Drilling 25 exploratory sampling boreholes of a total length of approximately 303 m and 23 trial pits with the corresponding laboratory tests, preparation of a factual and interpretive report and foundation proposals.
